What are the delivery times?

We offer two delivery methods for France:

  1. Mondial Relay : Your order can be delivered to a relay point of your choice. This delivery method is convenient if you prefer to collect your package from a location that suits you. The delivery time via Mondial Relay is generally 2 to 7 working days.
  2. Colissimo : Your order is delivered directly to the address you provided when placing the order. Colissimo offers fast delivery, with a delivery time of 2 to 7 working days in France.

For deliveries in Europe, only Colissimo is available, with a similar delivery time, i.e. 2 to 7 working days.

If your order includes custom creation products, please note that additional time is required for tailoring, which can take up to 2 weeks. Once the creation is complete, the product will be shipped according to the chosen delivery method, with a delivery time of 2 to 7 days.

How can I track my order?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number. This number allows you to track the status of your order on our site.

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a second email with the delivery tracking number. This number allows you to track your package in real time via the carrier's website, whether for delivery via Mondial Relay or Colissimo. You will thus be informed at each stage, from shipping to final delivery.

Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

Yes, we have a loyalty program that allows you to earn Tugras (points) with every purchase. For every €1 spent, you receive 5 Tugras. These Tugras can then be converted into euros and used to get discounts on your future orders.

How to redeem your points:

  • 100 Tugras = €1 discount.
  • To use your Tugras, you must be logged in to your account. During the checkout process, you will be able to convert your points into euros and use the unique code generated to benefit from the discount on your order.

In addition, for all orders over €150, delivery is free, regardless of the delivery method chosen.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

In accordance with the provisions of Article L 221-5 of the Consumer Code, the Buyer has the right to withdraw without giving any reason, within fourteen (14) days. Our policy therefore lasts 14 days from the date of receipt of your package. If 14 days have passed since the receipt of your package, we unfortunately cannot offer or accept a refund or exchange.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and take necessary steps to rectify it quickly.
